Download Your Apprenticeship app from Google Play or the App Store. You can also use Your Apprenticeship app on the web if you want to use a desktop or laptop.

How to sign in for the first time

To sign in to the app you'll need a GOV.UK One Login. You might already have one if you previously applied for an apprenticeship on the GOV.UK website. If you do not have one, you can create one when you use the app for the first time.

After you've signed in for the first time, we may need some more information to get you set up on the app. If we do, we'll ask for your:

• name
• date of birth
• apprenticeship course
• training provider's name.

Your Apprenticeship helps you learn, prepare for your assessment, and succeed in your career.

Available on your phone, tablet and computer so you can work on the go or at your desk.

All your knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs), in one place

View, search and filter your KSBs, link them to tasks, track your progress and capture notes and reflections.

Keep on top of things with tasks

Create tasks to help manage your apprenticeship, with reminders to keep you on track.

Information you can trust

Get Government-approved information about what you’re entitled to, what you can claim, and where to go if you need support.

Stay notified

Get notified about your task deadlines and useful information about your apprenticeship.
